This Privacy Policy explains how FXTrack, a Bkk Builder app, handles information when you use exchange-rate conversion, favorites, cached rates, alerts, history, notifications, and the rates widget.

FXTrack is provided by Bkk Builder. FXTrack provides exchange-rate conversion, favorites, alerts, history charts, cached rates, and a home-screen rates widget for fiat currencies, crypto assets, and precious metals.
This policy applies to the FXTrack mobile app and the FXTrack pages on the Bkk Builder website.
Depending on how you use FXTrack, the app may handle the following information:
FXTrack uses information for app functionality, including to:
FXTrack stores favorites, settings, alert rules, cached rates, and widget-related data locally on your device using app storage and Android DataStore preferences. Some local data may be included in Android device backup depending on your device and Google backup settings.
Typed amounts are used to calculate the active converter screen. Cached rates and saved settings remain on the device until replaced, cleared, or removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
FXTrack uses internet access to retrieve live exchange-rate and market data. Depending on the feature, requests may be sent to third-party services including:
Requests may include selected base currency, selected currency pair, crypto identifiers, or metal symbols needed to return rates. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
FXTrack may request notification permission so it can notify you about configured exchange-rate alerts. Alert notifications are generated for alert rules you create in the app.
The rates widget displays selected exchange-rate information on your Android home screen. Widget data is generated from app settings and cached/live rates.
FXTrack currently uses the following Android permissions and platform capabilities:
FXTrack does not sell your personal data. FXTrack does not include advertising features in the app or website pages described here.
FXTrack shares information only when needed for features you use, such as requesting exchange-rate data from external rate providers or displaying alert/widget information through Android system features.
FXTrack stores preferences, alert rules, and cached rates in app-local storage. You should protect your device if your selected currencies, alerts, or converter amounts are sensitive to you.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. Live-rate requests require network transmission to third-party rate providers.
FXTrack retains local settings, favorites, alert rules, cached rates, and widget data for as long as they remain stored in the app on your device. You can remove local app data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Alert rules can also be removed through the alerts screen where available.
FXTrack does not currently require users to create an account with Bkk Builder. If account features are added in the future, this policy will be updated with account deletion instructions.
FXTrack is not directed to children. Users should not use FXTrack to knowingly submit personal information about children.
FXTrack provides exchange-rate and market calculations for informational and educational use only. Rates may be delayed, cached, unavailable, or different from rates offered by banks, brokers, exchanges, payment providers, or merchants. FXTrack is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or professional advice.
We may update this Privacy Policy as FXTrack changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
